Recommended Routine

Use the tweezers to peel the ear seed off the strip. Place the seed on the same pressure points on both ears. Press gently to secure the seed to ear.

Points can be combined as needed depending on desired results. For extra boost and activation, press the ear seed intermittently while wearing them. Remove after 3-5 days and reapply weekly.
